My sister sent me this picture, showing
one of her orphaned lambs taking a breakfast break from a cow.
My sister did not go to A&M, but her two kids are. Bob V,
add this picture to your animal photo collection, along with the
Oreo cows.

| A
Message from the President |
The Bluebonnet Cruise was a
great success. The weather, flowers and food all did their
part in making the event a joy for all that attended. Thanks
to Louise and Cleo for their efforts of putting the trip
together. We conducted the April CTOH Monthly meeting among
the Bluebonnets in the fields close to Bristol, Texas.
At our May meeting, I would like
to get input from members regarding:
1) Telephone Contact
List,
2)
Cruises,
3)
CTOH Annual Christmas Party, Dec 3, location confirmation needs to be
done ASAP.
If you cannot attend the May
meeting and would like to have input regarding club business, please
feel free to call me (713 859 9391) or send me an email.
May you have fair winds and
following seas (or at least keep her between the ditches)

Legacy of an old
Cowboy...
A tough old cowboy once counseled his grandson that
if he wanted to live a long life, the secret was to sprinkle a pinch
of gunpowder on his oatmeal every morning. The grandson did this
religiously and lived to the age of 103.
When he died, he
left 14 children, 28 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 5
great-great-grandchildren and,.......a fifteen-foot hole where the
crematorium used to be. | |
